WEM available in Citrix Cloud, VMware Fling Horizon Helpdesk Utility and State of Application Layering 2018

Citrix announced that Citrix Workspace Environment Manager (WEM) is now available as service in the cloud (available within the current services offered). 

A new VMware Fling is released: the Horizon Helpdesk Utility, written by Andrew Morgan. Wouter Kursten already published a full coverage post of the possibilities of the Horizon Helpdesk Utility.
