New RDS Performance Counters and WEM coming to Citrix Cloud

Within the Windows Server 2019 Insider Preview Build 17650 RDS is available again. Together with this also new performance counters are introduced for diagnose user application responsiveness on Remote Desktop Session Hosts.

Citrix announced that Workspace Environment Management (WEM) Service is coming to the Citrix Cloud soon.
