Citrix StoreFront Modifications, UPS on Citrix XenApp 6 and Curious Case of High CP.

 




 

Tobias Frigger posted two articles in which he described modifications for the StoreFront Service (within the Citrix Cloud Gateway): Sticky (Mandatory) Apps with StoreFront and Autolaunch with StoreFront.

 

 

Officially the Citrix Universal Print Server is not supported on XenApp 6, but Thomas Koetzing found a way to install and use UPS on XenApp 6 (Keep in mind that your infrastructure is not supported by Citrix anymore).

 

In this article Andrew Morgan has written down the steps he has done troubleshooting high CPU on a XenApp 6.5 environment (cause by certificate related issues).
